Choose when, where and how you work. Flexible hours and working remotely 40% of the time (some roles require you to be on site or in an office but there is some form of flexibility in most roles).

We know it’s important to take time away from work that’s why we offer our full-time employees 25 days annual leave, not including national bank holidays or any extra contractual holiday. We also offer the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave.
