Today, we are working to embed the principles of diversity and inclusion even more deeply into Doveworth’s policies and practices. We updated our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Action Plan, focused on three pillars: Talent, Culture, and Accountability. We also created our D&I Roadmap, setting out specific goals and objectives for each pillar of our action plan. We continue to build on these efforts with a focus on how we hire, how we promote, and how we create a sense of belonging. Doveworth Limited recognizes that diversity and inclusion (D&I) are essential components of our corporate culture and operational success.
